Family constitutions, also know as family charters, are one of the most implemented family governance tools today, yet there is not a lot of academic research on this topic. During this 2023 Transeo Summer Summit, we have the chance to welcome as guest expert Mrs Raphaëlle Mattart who will come and pitch her research to go deeper in the dynamics of family constitutions.
