All the practical information you need to know

VENUE

The Transeo Summer Summit 2025 will take place in Padova, Italy.

We will welcome you in the Best Western Plus Hotel Galileo, Via Venezia, 30, 35131 Padova (View on Maps).

Free parking for the participants (+/- 20 places in the garage and 70 places outside).

ACCOMODATION

A promotion is applied to the BEST WESTERN NET TOWER HOTEL (approx. 2 km away from Hotel Galileo). When booking, please enter the code “TRANSU25“.

If this hotel is already fully booked, here are a few other hotels located very close to the venue. Please note, however, that there is no promotional code available for these hotels :

  • NH Hotel (400 meters far from the conference venue)
  • Hotel Biri (500 meters by walk from the conference venue)
  • Net Tower Hotel (7/8 minutes by taxi from the conference venue)
  • Hotel Milano (12/13 minutes by taxi from the conference venue)
  • B&B Hotel (400/500 meters far from the conference venue)

 

Please note that as far as we know, all the proposed hotels are now fully booked.

Here is an extra hotel close to Padova, in Abano Terme (20 minutes from the Summit venue), where rooms are still available for Summit attendees:

AIRPORTS & SHUTTLES

It is possible to reach Padova from 3 airports:

• VENICE AIRPORT MARCO POLO (VCE)

o By bus :
A regular service departs every half-hour from 6am to 11pm on weekdays, and at different times on public holidays, from the airport to Padova bus station (journey time approx. 60 mins).

There is a bus service from the airport to Mestre station, from where you can catch a train to Padova (journey time approx. 40 mins).

• AEROPORTO VALERIO CATULLO DI VERONA (VRN)

o By bus + train :
Verona Airport is connected to the Verona train station via a Shuttle/Aerobus service that runs every 20 minutes (journey time 15 minutes). To locate the bus stop at the airport, see the terminal map here.
